About the bind.co Platform
The “bind.co Platform” enables Users to connect their Source(s) to bind.co’s proprietary software, APIs and related infrastructure, and Direct bind.co to make approved Records available to Developer Services. The bind.co Platform includes the bind.co portal, bind.co website, bind.co’s proprietary software and APIs, the related bind.co Platform documentation, and related infrastructure, and such other offerings as bind.co may release from time to time.
The bind.co Platform is not a workflow or decision engine. It does not guarantee ongoing, real-time, unrestricted access to any Source.

The validation and verification of Users and their data is your responsibility. Regardless, bind.co reserves the right to comply with regulatory and lawful requests for information and cooperation.
bind.co does not guarantee that information, including documents, within any Sources, or any Records made available on or through the bind.co Platform, is true, complete, accurate or authentic. It makes no promises as to the quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness or ownership of any such information. The bind.co Platform does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or other advice.
Records reflect Source contents as observed at a specific point in time. Such content may subsequently change. bind.co does not and will not retroactively reconcile any Records with such changed content. Because bind.co uses automated systems and models, Records are probabilistic, may vary over time, and identical inputs may not always yield identical Records.

You are solely responsible for your conclusions drawn and outcomes reached from use of the Records, and for your usage of the Records to achieve any intended results.

Also, under the bind.co User Terms, bind.co may in certain circumstances suspend or terminate a User’s access to or use of the bind.co Platform, or disconnect one or more Sources, or deny, limit or undertake a review of Directions. Your receipt of Records and the bind.co Platform will be impacted accordingly.
Your relationship with Users, including their use of any Developer Service, and your use of any Records, is governed by the applicable terms, privacy policy, and any other agreements entered into or agreed by the User with you (collectively, “Your User Terms”), and not these Terms. You must make this clear to Users. bind.co reserves the right, but shall not be obligated to, review your Account information, your access to and use of the bind.co Platform, your compliance with Your User Terms, the User experience with the Developer, the accuracy of your Account, and / or adherence of any Client and the related Developer with the approvals granted by bind.co. Such reviews do not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms, or your responsibility to self-monitor and report any of the foregoing changes or non-compliance.
In connection with the above review rights, upon bind.co’s request you will grant bind.co access to and use of your Developer Service(s) equivalent to that of your Users.

bind.co maintains commercially reasonable and appropriate safeguards in providing the bind.co Platform. bind.co does not warrant secure operation of the bind.co Platform or that such safeguards will be able to prevent third party disruptions of the bind.co Platform.
Your systems and application(s) must handle Records securely. With respect to the security of User information and Records, bind.co expects that you will maintain appropriate safeguards, consistent with industry standards. Your failure to do so may result in bind.co’s suspension or termination of the bind.co Platform.
A “Security Breach” is the unauthorized acquisition, access, alteration, use, or disclosure of User data. If you do not do so, bind.co reserves the right to cease providing the bind.co Platform.
If you or your Users provide enhancement or feature suggestions or requests or other feedback to bind.co with respect to the bind.co Platform (collectively, “Feedback”), you agree that it is a condition of use of the bind.co Platform that bind.co will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute and exploit the Feedback in its discretion, without restriction or obligation of any kind or nature.
